METRICI WEIGHING STATION MODULE WITH LPR
Metrici Weighing Module is a dedicated tool LPR based solution for industrial parks, factories, production facilities, storage units, transportation companies, traffic monitoring where the weight of the vehicle must be registered.
This could be a checkpoint at the weighing stations along the highways in LPR free flow mode or an access control tool in production units or transport companies with weighing stations or it could be a tax collector tool for authorities.

Grants access at the barrier to the weighing stations for the cars in the whitelist, or for every vehicle
ALERTS
Mail and SMS alerts when a certain weight is reached or exceeded
COMMANDS
Automatically open barrier when the weight was recorded. Commands traffic lights and LED displays.
TRIGGER/CONTINUOUS DETECTION
Metrici can search for a license plate in continuous mode, at trigger or a combination of the two.
LOG FILES
Metrici saves all the data referring to the processes or internal and external communication.
LPR AND WEIGHING ATTRIBUTES
There are some other features included in the basic platform that could also help administrate a weighing installation.

- LIVE VIEW One can see live the weighing process from as many LPR cameras as you want
- OPEN BARRIER An operator can “manually” open a barrier from live view menu, if the number plate is not visible or it is damaged. The event is recorded in database
- DIFFERENT ALLERTS When a certain license plate is detected. Alerts when a weight limit is met. Alerts when a weight has a x percent deviation from what was declared or supposed to be
- UNLIMITED Number of locations, cameras and weighing stations that can be monitored from same interface
- LED DISPLAY INFORMATION Number plate, weight, direction, other info from Metrici Interface. Possibility to display indications for the driver on LED Displays e.g. Go to ramp 7, Turn right, Stop etc
- DATABASE With the vehicles that have passed on the station and and what was their weight
- VISIBILITY In case of trigger detection, photo witness even a number plate is not visible/present on the vehicle
- ACCESS GRANTED Metrici grants access in the weighing location (when barriers are installed) based on LPR. Grants access to the weighing scale (when barriers are installed)
- REPORTS AND STATISTICS For the entire activity. Records number plate and the weight of the vehicle in database that can be later consulted
- CONTROLS A barrier to open when the weight is stable and the number plate was recognized or when a plate number from a whitelist is recognized and grants access to the weighing station

- DIRECTION It can detect the direction of movement for a vehicle. A must for the parking applications
- DETECTION WINDOW Each IP camera can have its own detection window, for the system to reach and identify license plates only in that area. It can reduce the false positive reading. It also reduces needed processing power
- COMPANION Each LPR camera can have a companion camera, meaning an ambient image to be saved in database along with the detection image.
- RADAR Each camera can be connected with a radar and the speed of the vehicle will be saved along the photo witness from the moment of LPR detection.
- COMMUNICATION It can send recognized license plate and additional info to an external system, through POST method.
- MULTI-USERS It can support many users, each one with its own login and passwords account.
- MULTI TASKING One can define in the interface as many locations and cameras as it wants.
- ALERTS Each detection of a license plate in the lists can initiate an alarm.
- SEARCH FILTER A user can search a number plate in database with a complete formula or with partial number. Search filter by location, country, camera etc.
- LOG FILES The system records all the users activity . It also records all its activity about detections and communication.
- GROUP More number plates in the lists can be grouped for specific actions.
- EXPORT The reports, statistics, all lists or searches can be exported in XLS or PDF formats.
- CALCULATION Metrici calculates time between two consecutive detection for each license plate : eg. time spent inside, time on track, last events in the current day, week, month etc.
- ONE INTERFACE For a server, no matter how many cameras and locations are managed.
- CAR FLOW A list of detected cars with 2 options: “cars in the action list” or “ cars not in the action list
